I have known Mr. Fooladi for the last eighteen months, in the capacity of his managing of a construction project in the price range of Fourteen million dollars. I was hired by the Architectural firm, G. Niles Bolton Associates, as a consultant and to function as their Contract Manager for said project.
During the entire project, Mr. Fooladi demonstrated a highly professional and capable attitude; solving the inevitable problems that always arise quickly and efficiently, always current and on target with requests for information and always punctual, attentive, and informative at the myriad of meetings that are always necessary. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. Fooladi. I was the Contract Inspector, employed by a firm furnishing out-sourced inspection services for the U.S. Department of Urban Development.

Mr. Fooladi served as the Project Manager during the construction of a $10,000,000 project which is an unusually complex Skilled Nursing Facility. The building consists of Administrative Offices, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Departments, with most of the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Equipment requirements of a modern General Hospital.

During the entire work Mr. Fooladi demonstrated extraordinary skills in scheduling, directing and coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and trades. Much was accomplished during weekly Architect/Subcontract/Supplier conferences which he adroitly conducted.

Mr. Fooladi consistently demonstrated such signal competence that I have no hesitation in citing his comprehensive knowledge of the building process. He can, plainly stated, "get 'er done". The construction project is currently being completed ahead of schedule.
